In our office, we offer high quality care and provide payment options that work for all our patients. Our office is primarily affiliated with PPO & POS health plans. We do not accept HMO, Medi-Cal, or county health plans. An approved referral is needed for patients with such policies to be seen by the office. Patients with out-of-network plans or those who prefer cash-pay services, we offer reasonable & discounted pricing to allow access to treatment. Please refer to our insurance directory to see if your plan is in-network. You can access your member portal and review your plan benefits. | Medical New Patients: $180 | This strictly covers the new patient intake and evaluation. If a procedural treatment elected during the visit. The doctor will provide a quote from our discounted “Cash-Pay” services.

| Cosmetic Consult: $180 | The consult fee is applied to the balance of the patient’s next cosmetic visit.

| Telederm Appointment: $150 | Online evaluation and treatment. Patient prescription refill request. |
